Work groups act as permanent project spaces, allowing you to keep all project-related documents, images, and files in one place. Attendees can join the work group anytime, making collaboration seamless. You decide when to meet and simply join the session when the time comes.

2️⃣ Meetings 

Meetings are scheduled in advance, just like on any other video platform. You can also schedule and send a remote session invite directly from your Outlook calendar, thanks to VSight’s ready-to-use Outlook integration. This provides a direct link for easy participation.

3️⃣ Calls 

Call users directly from your VSight contact list. Select one or multiple existing users and start a session instantly. The recipients will receive a notification on their smart devices or web application, ensuring a quick and smooth connection.

4️⃣ Guest Access 

Guest access is designed for users without VSight accounts. While in a session, you can invite guests by sharing a session link or QR code via email, WhatsApp, or text message.

5️⃣ Field-ID Code 

If you need to provide remote support to users without VSight login credentials but who have the VSight Remote app, simply use the Field-ID Code. Enter the 6-digit ID code displayed on the mobile app’s login page into the designated field in the Settings section. Once you click “Connect,” the mobile user will instantly join the session.
