Using VSight for HubSpot to Schedule Live Remote Sessions

Overview

If you use HubSpot as your CRM, you can now schedule live VSight Remote sessions directly from any HubSpot ticket — without switching tabs or using extra tools.

This integration streamlines your support process, helping you connect with customers and experts faster.

How to Activate the Integration

  1. Install the VSight for HubSpot app from the HubSpot App Marketplace.

  2. Send your HubSpot Portal ID to our support team at [email protected].

    • Please also include your VSight account name.
  3. Our team will connect your HubSpot portal to your VSight account.

  4. Add the VSight Session Card to your HubSpot ticket record view:

    • Go to Settings → Data Management → Tickets → Record Customization

    • Click Edit Record View and add the VSight Session Card from the available fields as below:

How to Schedule a VSight Session in HubSpot

  1. Open the ticket where you want to schedule the session.

  2. Locate the VSight Session Card on the right-hand panel.

  3. Enter the Customer Email and Expert Email.

  4. Adjust the Session Title and Start Time if needed.

  5. Click Start VSight Session.

The session link will be:

  • Added to the ticket as a note

  • Sent to both the customer and expert via email
