Using VSight for Salesforce to Schedule Live Remote Sessions

Overview

If you use Salesforce as your CRM, you can now schedule live VSight Remote sessions directly from any Salesforce Cases — without switching tabs or using extra tools.

This integration streamlines your support process, helping you connect with customers and experts faster.

  • VSight meeting link is automatically logged to the ticket as a note

How to Activate the Integration

  1. Install the VSight for Salesforce app.

  2. Add the VSight Session Creator to your Salesforce Case record view.


How to Schedule a VSight Session in Salesforce

  1. Open the case where you want to schedule the session.

  2. Locate the VSight Session Creator.

  3. Enter the Expert Email.

  4. Adjust the Session Title and Start Time if needed.

  5. Click Create VSight Session.

The session link will be:

  • Added to the ticket as a note

  • Sent to both the customer and expert via email
